This Privacy Policy describes how Infinite Game (Japanese app name: ムゲンゲー; "we", "us", "our", "the App") handles information when you use the Infinite Game mobile application.

We built Infinite Game with a local-first principle: your profile, scores, and settings live on your device, and we run no third-party analytics SDKs. The App is free to play and supported by advertising (Google AdMob); the advertising partner processes limited device data to serve and measure ads, as described in Section 3.

1. Who we are

Infinite Game is operated by Zeptos, Inc. (Japan). For the purposes of GDPR (EU/EEA users) and the UK Data Protection Act, the data controller is the entity named above.

2. Information stored on your device (not transmitted to us)

2.1 Information you actively provide

At first launch the App asks you to pick a language (Japanese / English) and enter a nickname (up to 20 characters). The nickname is a display label for your own score history — it is not an account, has no password, and is stored only on your device (in local storage). There is no sign-in, email, phone number, or profile. The nickname is also attached to your uploaded score records (Section 4).

2.2 Gameplay data kept locally

Deleting the App deletes all of the above.

3. Advertising

Infinite Game shows two kinds of ads:

3.1 Who serves the ads

Google AdMob (Google LLC). The AdMob SDK is included in the app and may collect and process device information to serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud — for example: device identifiers used for frequency capping and fraud prevention (we do not use cross-app tracking identifiers — see Section 9), IP address (coarse location), device model and OS version, and ad interaction events (views, clicks).

Google acts as an independent controller / service provider for this processing. See how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

3.2 Personalization

We configure our advertising partner to serve non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads do not use your ad profile for targeting, but still rely on device data such as IP-derived coarse location and frequency-capping identifiers. On iOS we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission because we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.

3.3 Your choices

4. Cloud features

Cloud sync is enabled in the released apps. It works without any account:

The anonymous ID is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking.

5. In-app purchases

The current version of Infinite Game contains no in-app purchases. The App is fully playable end-to-end for free; retries are available via earned tickets or rewarded ads.

If a future version introduces an optional PRO purchase (e.g. ad removal), payment would be processed exclusively by the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. We would receive only a receipt/entitlement token — never your name, email address, billing address, or payment card details. This policy will be updated before any such feature ships.

6. What we do NOT collect

7. How long data is kept

We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with data brokers.

9. App Tracking Transparency (Apple iOS only)

Infinite Game does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Ads in the iOS app are served on a non-personalized basis.

10. Children's privacy

Infinite Game is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA / UK).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served through Google's platforms under their family-safety policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in any way, please contact us via the contact channel on our Support page and we will delete it.

We do not participate in the Apple Kids Category or Designed for Families program.

11. Your rights (EU / UK / California / other regions)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact channel on our Support page. We will respond within 30 days.

Note that most gameplay data is stored only on your device (Section 2), where you can delete it yourself by deleting the App; advertising data is held by Google, and requests concerning it can also be made through Google's own privacy controls.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): because ads are served on a non-personalized basis, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can additionally use the controls in Section 3.3.

12. Security

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it via the contact channel on our Support page.

13. International transfers

If you use Infinite Game from outside Japan, the limited data described above (advertising data) may be processed by Google, Apple, or our hosting providers in the United States or other countries. These transfers rely on the recipients' legal mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.).

14. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the app changes. The Effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. If we make material changes (e.g. enable cloud features, add accounts, add purchases, or change advertising partners), we will notify users in-app before the change takes effect.
